All referrals to Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) or Intensive Mobile Treatment (IMT) programs in New York City must be submitted via the Single Point of Access (SPOA)
Bronx Young Adult ACT is a specialty program that provides comprehensive mental health and case management services to individuals in the community.
