Mobile Treatment Programs (ACT & IMT)
All referrals to Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) or Intensive Mobile Treatment (IMT) programs in New York City must be submitted via the Single Point of Access (SPOA)
Bronx Young Adult ACT provides mental health and case management services to young adults ages 18 to 28 in their communities.
