FAMILY COURT PROGRAMS
The Choices Alternative-to-Detention Program (ATD) provides supervision and support for court-involved youth facing charges in Family Court. ATD's after school program includes monitoring of school attendance, education services, recreational programming, and support toward the completion of court obligations.
Eligibility
Choices serves young people facing juvenile detention in New York County Family Court, including probation violators or youth at risk of violating probation.
