After 32 years, today is my last day as CASES CEO. Next Monday, we welcome Jonathan McLean as he starts his journey as the leader of this mighty organization.
I am so proud of what we accomplish at CASES. We have been leaders in the significant change over the last three decades in the criminal legal system and are at the forefront of changing how people with serious mental illness are served. While there are new programs and increasing services available for our clients, there is much more to do. I will continue to feel the greatest pride and pleasure in all that has been and will be accomplished.
Thank you to our resilient clients who we have the opportunity to serve. Thank you to our partners in government, at non-profit organizations, at foundations, in the private sector, and in the community. Thank you to the CASES staff. Our success is possible because of your dedication, patience, caring, and spirit.
I am looking forward to seeing CASES realize our vision for our community in the years to come.
Joel
