CASES’ Brooklyn Intensive Mobile Treatment (IMT) Team provides 24/7 services to ensure people with serious mental illness are connected with the care they need to remain physically and mentally healthy and safe. Funded by ThriveNYC, this team consists of behavioral health specialists, nurses, and peer specialists.
