CASES is continuing to provide services to our clients.
CASES programs and services continue to operate and deliver services to our clients. To protect the health and safety of the CASES community, nearly all of CASES’ staff are now working remotely. CASES’ staff providing essential services (as defined by the State) are equipped with the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including full masks, gloves, and gowns, depending on their level of contact with clients.
Please contact your case worker for more information about how social distancing will impact your time with CASES. See below for general updates on our service areas or visit our COVID-19 Referral page for comprehensive information on some CASES’ programs continuing to accept referrals, enroll new clients, and deliver services—including our Nathaniel Mental Health Clinic.
The Nathaniel Clinic
CASES’ mental health clinic in Central Harlem remains open. We are accepting referrals and conducting intakes for new clients. In addition, the clinic is offering tele-health intake and mental health services as well as limited in-person services delivered by our therapists, nurses, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and psychiatrists. Group treatment services will restart virtually soon.
