CASES Welcomes Orlando Bosch, Director of Mobile Behavioral Health Services

CASES is delighted to welcome Orlando Bosch, LCSW as our new Director of Mobile Behavioral Health Services. In this role, Orlando splits his time between CASES’ Central Harlem and Downtown Brooklyn offices, providing supervision to CASES’ six Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) teams—including four Forensic ACT (FACT) teams—and our Brooklyn Intensive Mobile Treatment (IMT) team. This year, these programs will provide more than 20,000 treatment visits in the community to more than 350 men and women living with serious mental illness.

A native New Yorker, Orlando has practiced social work for nearly 30 years in various capacities throughout the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. His clinical and administrative experiences include operation and oversight of outpatient and inpatient services, HIV counseling, and family medicine/psychiatry practice. Most recently before joining CASES, he served for five years as an ACT team leader at WellLife Network.

“I believe that change happens when people are given the guidance they need to draw on their own strengths and realize their potential to live fulfilling, happy lives,” Orlando says. “I look forward to working with everyone at CASES to deliver consistent mental health services where they are most needed, with hope that we can expand our outreach to serve more communities in need throughout the city.”

CASES is now New York City’s second-largest provider of State-licensed F/ACT services. Learn more here.
