The National Association of Social Workers – New York City Chapter honored Bradley Jacobs, CASES’ Nathaniel ACT Team Leader, at its 4th Annual Leadership Dinner on December 2nd. Mr. Jacobs was among twelve other outstanding emerging social work leaders recognized this year. The award identifies early-career social workers who have demonstrated exemplary leadership, expertise and dedication to the profession and to the improvement of social and human conditions in the New York City area.
CASES nominated Mr. Jacobs for his contributions in improving the Nathaniel ACT Team’s performance. Under his leadership, the program recently earned a 33-month operating license from the State Office of Mental Health. By comparison, only one of the other ten ACT teams in New York County has a longer operating license.
