On July 22, 2010, members of Brazil’s National Council on Criminal and Penitentiary Policy, accompanied by a professor from American University in Washington DC, visited CASES to learn about alternatives to incarceration. The delegation toured CASES’ Court Employment Project facility and heard presentations by Mental Health Programs Director Ann-Marie Louison and Youth Programs Director Joseph McLaughlin.
